Our Approach

Our approach is to explore the ICT in the areas of concern to the standards requested. This usually breaks down into one or more of the following:

• Discovery – hardware, software, contracts, costs, procedures
• Update – review options to continue with existing assets and procedures but with some updates
• Replace – recommend assets and procedures to replace based on cost, functionality, future proofing, and security
• Dispose – dispose of unwanted assets for WEEE, Data protection (shred tapes/discs)
• Educate – review the level end users are at and provide suggested paths for technology and procedures
• Maintain – regular review of operations
• Report – regular reporting for procedure compliance, cost control, and updating
